It was a nice experience in general. Breakfast was good - variety of dishes. We had a small queen room with a view to the garden. The hotel staff was helpful...

We liked the fact that there were a mini-fridge-bar, a work desk and cable channels in the room. The staff helped us with everything. Location in the centre of the city was a plus👍

We ate at Banski Han, which is only 300 ft away, it suited our needs. Location, easy walk to all attractions. Stay there and enjoy your Bansko vacation. Having access to the pool was great
